Are paintings, which are on your website hand painted?

All our paintings are completely hand painted with oil on canvas technique. We have a modern art studio where all our young artists work.They are highly qualified and strictly selected.

How long does delivery take?

Goods are shipped from our office in Battipaglia (SA)- ITALY  within 2 working days from the receipt of your order. Sometimes back log involves shipment delay so your order will be shipped one day later.

How do I track my shipment?

When we shipy our goods we modify the order status from “preparation in progress” to “delivery in progress”. Also we will send you a summary e-mail informing you of your tracking reference number, thanks to it  you can see the progress of your delivery.

Which guarantee do I have after the purchase?

 I Colori del Caribe gives you a complete warranty of your on line purchase and makes safe it with electronic means of payment and with accurate packaging. On line sale issubject to Legislative decree n.206 6/9/2005 (sections 64,65,66,67,68) which guarantees the right to with draw to buyers, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

As a guarantee of our product’s quality we ensure a complete refund (included collection cost – free return) in case our works do not satisfy illustrated expectations or they have been damaged during the transport.
